Standard Service Agreement
A Standard Service Agreement (SSA) is a service contract that
covers the instrument
service issues for a period of one year. It
includes service time, travel and the proper
parts for normal
preventative maintenance and repair* of the instrument. This contract
offers reasonable savings compared to the manufacturer, and is paid
up-front without
further complications of getting purchase orders for
separate service incidents.

* non-covered situations include instrument misuse
or environmentally caused issues such as
improperly controlled room environments, floods,
electrical supply issues, improper supply gasses
or solvents, and other external
influences that cause damage to the covered equipment.
