Many times users are given responsibilities and tasks without the proper
familiarization and training it takes to make them as efficient and productive
as they could be. Lack of knowledge in the capabilities and use of LC, GC, MS
and their ChemStations often translates to less than optimal performance and
opportunities for frustration and wasted time. Lack of basic user maintenance
skills allows for poor performance of equipment that could otherwise easily be
diagnosed and remedied.

GLTS offers onsite training for your users, called "Care and Feeding" courses,
that can be customized to meet your lab's particular needs. Geoff has trained
group sizes up to 20 participants, utilizing both lab and classroom settings.
