Great Lakes Technical Services supports users of Hewlett Packard & Agilent Gas Chromatograph (GC), Liquid Chromatograph (LC), Mass Spectrometer and associated Computer Systems. Our goal is to provide great customer service value to our customers.
Great Lakes Technical Services, LLC, was created in October of 2005 by Geoff Wilson, a former Senior Customer Service Engineer for HP & Agilent Technologies.
GLTS services customer's equipment maintenance, repair & user training needs primarily in Michigan and the surrounding states, but also at Customer sites throughout the continental U.S.
With a focus on customer service value, GLTS has grown primarily by customer referral.
