GC AUTOSAMPLER PARTS

This 7673B Autosampler Tower is compatible with 5890 series I & II GCs using an 18594B or G1512A controller, and with 6890A GCs using the G1512A controller. This tower will require a "drop-down" style injector mounting bracket on the GC (vs earlier 7673A "twist" style brackets). This comes with a 6 month return to GLTS warranty.

There is an HPIB controller card installed in this unit, allowing it to be used with GC ChemStation (G2070AA) or GCMSD ChemStation (G1701XX) products that can configure a 5890 GC. This G1512A ALS Controller is compatible with 5890 series I & II GCs, 6890A GCs, 18593A/B/C Towers and 18596A/B Trays. This can be used with GC ChemStation (G2070AA) or GCMSD ChemStation (G1701XX) products that can configure a 5890 GC or 6890A GC. 6890 GC coordination requires an additional Remote (G1530-60930) & Serial cable (G1530-60600) from Agilent. This comes with a 6 month return to GLTS warranty.

This part is a replacement for the Agilent p/n 07673-61300 Vial Stripper. The GLTS design eliminates a built-in failure mode that causes sticking with current Agilent versions.

Return of your old vial stripper to GLTS is required.

This replacement switch assembly will replace both the "Door Shut" and the "Injector Mounted" microswitches on a 7673B/C & G1512A Autosampler Tower. When these switches become intermittant, the symptom is a halted injection, and there may be no useful error noted in the ChemStation logbook. This often shows up when the high inertia events surrounding the actual injection take place. Changing this switch assembly for this symptom is a good first step in moving through this problem.
