Standard Service Agreement 
A Standard Service Agreement (SSA) is a service contract that covers Preventative Maintenance and instrument repair services for a period of one year. It includes service time, parts, and travel associated with keeping the system in proper operating condition.*

Also included with the service contract is onsite Care and Feeding Courses for the users of your equipment. See the Training page for more information.

This contract offers reasonable savings compared to the manufacturer, and is paid up-front without further complications of getting purchase orders for separate service events. 

*If GLTS OQ/PV services are also purchased for the covered system, then additional repairs to meet OQ/PV requirements and any retesting of portions of a system following a repair are also covered as part of the SSA.
